Brian serves as Head of Finance and Asset Management and is responsible for accounting, financial planning and analysis, and managing revenue management strategies.

Prior to Montrose, Brian held investment roles across multiple, multi-billion dollar hedge funds including Marathon Asset Management, Fir Tree Partners, and Bienville Capital. His expertise stretches across real estate, investment banking, private equity, and public markets. Brian started his career in investment banking and mortgage-backed securities at Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank.

Born and raised in New Jersey, Brian and his wife reside in New York City.

SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER

Cameron serves as Senior Property Manager in Fairhope, AL, and is responsible for guest communications, reservations, and property maintenance, among other duties. Previously, Cameron worked at East Bay Clothiers and managed vacation rental properties along the Gulf Coast of Alabama.

Born and raised in Montgomery, Cameron and his wife reside in Fairhope, AL.

PROPERTY MANAGER | FAIRHOPE

Micah serves as Property Manager in Fairhope, AL, and is responsible for assisting the team with communications, reservations, and property maintenance, among other duties.

Micah and his wife are lifelong Fairhope residents.

REAL ESTATE | CO-FOUNDER

Carter is a Co-Founder of Montrose and leads real estate acquisitions. He holds a real estate broker’s license in Alabama and Florida.

Previously, Carter worked with a full-service commercial real estate firm focusing on acquisitions, development, leasing, and property management.

Carter lives in Birmingham with his wife, Hutton, and three children.

CHAIRMAN | CO-FOUNDER

Brandon is the Chairman of Montrose and is responsible for the firm’s vision and strategy. He also serves as Managing Partner of Pilot Capital and as a board member or advisor to StoreEase, Aptus Capital and Bienville Capital.

Brandon holds both undergraduate and MBA degrees from the University of Alabama. He lives in Fairhope with his wife and their three children.
